We don’t only write about and photograph our adventures – Skyler also has a tradition of compiling footage from what we do to make a video based “compilation of adventure” which (for this Fall semester) can be seen right here!
The Year in Review:
From the desk of Tyler
Greetings loyal fans and casual perusers! It’s been quite a year, between school, work, and writing this curious blog. Adventure, triumph, and mishap all found their way into our many stories, a fact which may be retrospectively regretted in some causes, but is overall lauded in my own mind, and I’m sure Skyler’s as well. We both certainly have exciting times ahead, many of which we hope to share with all of you. As both Skyler and I are taking additional writing courses next semester, hopefully you’ll only see improvements in the blog’s content.
That’s all that I have for now! Enjoy your holiday season, and we’ll see you in 2016!
From the darkroom of Skyler
This year was big. I managed about twenty 14er ascents (and a few of them with Tyler, nonetheless), explored much of Colorado, travelled to Ecuador, and trekked in the beautiful Khumbu region of Nepal. It has been a year of adventure packed to the brim. To me, the winter often feels like a lull in regards to adventure – what with roads shut down and conditions less than ideal, but I know it doesn’t have to be like that. I endeavor to begin this new year of adventure right, facing the world boldly and embracing all adventure to come. I hope you’ll join us. Thanks for following (or even just checking out) our blog and have a good holiday season.
